The pCELL-Ex Kit is designed for the isolation of cells from animal tissues within 30 minutes. This kit is based on explant culture and consists of three stages: washing, storage, and culturing, for the isolation and cultivation of primary cells.

Exchange & Return Policy
• Items that have been opened or damaged after delivery cannot be exchanged or returned, even within 7 days of receipt.
• Upon receiving your package, please verify that the product name and quantity match the invoice. If there are any discrepancies, do not open or dispose of the package. Instead, take a photo and contact our support team immediately.
• Even in cases of damage or incorrect delivery, exchanges or returns cannot be processed if the product has been used or tampered with.
• Minor damages such as box dents or surface scratches due to shipping are not considered defects.
• Returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect orders, address errors, or recipient absence will require the customer to cover the shipping costs.
